Is the 401k programs and other income retirement program enough for the elderly's retirement? What do you think about the monthly sums that are given during retirement instead of the entire amount?

I am not happy with such programs and there is a healthy need of making few major modifications in them. Some people are unable to move out of the home due to disease or some other reasons, end up being depressed for sitting idle at home. Computer and Internet are an aid for such people to take parts in project like freelance writing.
