What Home Care Provider are you Using?
I just wanted to tell everyone how pleased I am with Freedom Home Health. It has been almost a year since they have been helping my Dad. Their dedication and knowledge makes me reassured that they are taking only the best care of my father. It is too often that home care is provided when there is an extreme urgency and the family caregivers are relieved to get care on an immediate basis.
Home health care providers who are not accredited...eg aides must be very carefully screened: they must have references checked, a traceable home phone and address, and, most importantly, a government issued identification card....a driver's lisence or a passport etc.
